James Ystesund is Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager for Chicago Title’s Wisconsin-based commercial operation. Jim was hired in 1998 to grow new revenue segments and manage various conversion projects. Over the years, he has grown the office’s footprint from two counties to statewide title and escrow coverage. Jim helped establish a national commercial services division in Wisconsin as well as integrate new offices and manage acquisitions. Most importantly, he has assembled an amazing sales team.
Jim is a proud member of the Commercial Association of Realtors, the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association and the Metropolitan Builders Association. Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and his Master’s Degree in Project Management. He has board member affiliations with Rebuilding Together and Playworks.
Jim lives in Cedarburg with his wife and two sons and enjoys coaching youth baseball as well as traveling with his family. He also enjoys going to Brewer and Packer games.
